4.2 E-Book Request Form
Located at https://www.thecamcomp.com/e-book. Collects your first and last name and email address (required), and optionally your phone number and company name. Submitting this form triggers an automated email delivering your e-book access code. This form also includes a required acknowledgment checkbox confirming that the e-book is Sam Cameron's intellectual property and may not be shared, redistributed, rewritten, or recreated without express written consent.
4.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Submitting the contact form without checking the optional email marketing consent checkbox will not result in marketing emails being sent to you, though I may follow up regarding your specific inquiry.
If you wish to stop receiving emails from me, you may email samcameroninfo@gmail.com and request to be unsubscribed. Upon receiving your request, I will mark your record as unsubscribed in my system, which will prevent any further automated emails from being sent to you. No confirmation email will be sent upon unsubscribing.
All commercial email communications comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Each email includes my identity and a clear way to opt out of future communications.
10. HOW I SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
